We would like to celebrate another great year of high-quality programs and generous community support by hosting an informal picnic for the whole Joy of Sports Community at the Lee District Park in Franconia, VA, Sunday, August 15 at 4:00 pm. This will be a great opportunity to mix with JSF Board, Staff, Coaches, Volunteers, Funders and Community Partners.

Families and significant others are welcome so pack everyone up, grab your lawn chairs/blankets as well as any sports equipment for a fun, relaxing afternoon. There's shade under the shelter & some trees and plenty of sun and grass for lounging or getting some exercise. Whole Foods is generously donating burgers (& vegetarian options), drinks and snacks.

Directions to the Picnic Shelter: After turning into Lee District Park from Telegraph Rd, follow the signs to the Rec Center and ballfields. The parking lot will be your first left and the shelter will be straight ahead. Look for the Joy of Sports banner.
